Recent reviews for this item: Steve, September 11, 2012 This cup holder/mount is quite heavy. You need not be
worried that it will slip or come out of your cup holder in
your vehicle.
Before installing it I put it on my kitchen table and took a
photo of it. I also measured it to be 13" from bottom to
top (without the GPS being in the cradle).
What isn't real clear from the web site is that the "wings"
on the bottom of this holder are quite flexible. You simply
squeeze them OR insert and then twist the whole thing to get
optimum holding power.
Mine has been in my vehicle for a while now and there is no
sign of it loosening no shifting in the cup holder.
Would I recommend? ABSOLUTELY !!!!!!!!!!
