in some cases even know what it was. It arrived in three
days which was great. It works well, just a little stiff to

GPS in the car. I had to use some padding around the rubber
insert to wedge it in my cup holder better. It works
brilliantly and holds iPad securely. The spring load is
strong. I recommend a decent case for the iPad to protect
it. I use the Otterbox case for the iPad 3 and it fits
perfectly. Martin, August 6, 2012 We've had our cup holder mount for several weeks now. My
wife loves it, while I only like it. It works well in one
vehicle (which has permanent, solid cup holders), but
doesn't work well in another (which has flip-out cup
holders). She also likes that she can use it in the house
or hotel as a tablet holder. She doesn't like holding the
tablet itself. I prefer to hold the tablet, but am starting
to use the tablet in the holder just like she is doing.
Aside from those points, I'm noticing that the ball socket
is loosening more than when new. The tablet easily swivels
from horizontal to vertical when nudged or vehicle hits a
bump. The spring tension is solid. A tablet will NOT fall
out of this holder. This also makes it a little difficult
to put the tablet into and remove from the holder. I've
used a shoestring to make "pull loops" on the ends which
help. Overall, I think it's a good product that will serve
most very well. But those that only have the flimsy flip-
out cup holders may want to look at other holder options. Steve, May 11, 2012 Great for Boating!!! Searched for ideal solution to mount my
iPad 2 in a cruiser, my Rinker 250 Fiesta Vee. Was skeptical
that the cup holder mount would work out. Not to worry. The
actual cup insert fits very securely in the holder and the flex
arm is plenty stiff enough to hold the iPad in place. Just
enough flex to provide great shock absorption when the boat
hits chop. Bonus is that I can carry the cup holder mount
right into my truck and use it as a console mount for the iPad,
making gps/nav software more useable. Great product and great
price.
