These little magnets are very powerful. You have to be
careful what you put them next
to as they will likely damage it if is magnetism sensitive
(i.e. hard drives,some
electronics, credit cards, etc). When these magnets are in
close proximity to each
other and depending on which of their poles are facing each
other, they can either be
very hard to pull apart or very hard to push together. If
your finger or other body
part is in between them, when they snap together, you will
be pinched. I used these by
gluing 2 of them to a radar detector bracket and then
sticking them to a metal plate I
have mounted on the windshield. Much better than suction
cups because they never move
when the car moves, they don't lose suction over time and
they're not affected by heat.
Overall, these magnets do what they're supposed to do and
they do it well.
