want to change radar detectors. The mount works great on
the left handlebar and does have an unobstructed view. We
got the Beltronics 500 radar detector which has a descending
volume which worked great - as we went by a parked police
car and he had his window open - in Washington. Cost us
$145.00 to mount in Canada. Best to pay an expert so as not
to void the warranty on your bike (if it's still new) due to
the wiring.
