Recent reviews for this item: Tom, August 14, 2012 I am amazed that Ram would put it's name on this product.
It seems very weak, and not able to support many intended
items. I have my XM radio installed on this unit, and it
will not hold it's head up. Instructions state that if
more firm support is needed to maintain the position that
small bolts/screws need to be inserted in the holes.
Bolts/screws were not included. I have over 8 Ram
products, and am very happy with all except this item. Ram
should take a 2nd look at this piece of junk.
