last, unlike Garmin's original mount that has a filmsy
bracket with fragile plastic clips that break off. Rather
than pay to replace the original, consider this as a

Garmin should provide with their GPS. Please
note: to lock the unit in place and remove you do
not pull you twist the base (there are arrows to
guide you). I did not find anything in the box
explain this step, but figured it out. The height
of the mount is nice, but you must have a flat
surface for the gpscity bean bag to be stable.
