| This mounting system worked out very well indeed. The base
is rather big and may not work for smaller dash boards but
OK for my new Camery. I also bought an extra longer 5.25"
extention arm that did not work because of the weight of
the arm, the wole setup (including the base) tends to fall
or lean forward! I have returned the long arm and exchanged
for the smaller 3" Plastic arm. Currently I have shorter
arm that came with the kit and works just fine.
I could use the suction alone without the base, but this
way, I can remove/replace the whole thing out of the car
for security without any fuss, quickly!
The web site is impressive, utube videos for the produtcs
made it easy to understand the items I was trying to buy.
