Unit works ok BUT be aware that you will receive no software except what Garmin preloads ie if the software gets corrupted than you have to ship it back to the dealer.
You should think about getting the 2610 & buy a 2 Gig CF card. I was told that Garmin would send a FREE DVD copy of the software....not so they referred me to a dealer to purchase the DVD.
Not an entirely happy customer.

The review on here is wrong at least in my case, I bought the 2620 in the US but when I came back to Canada I called a dealer and he sent me a City Navigator FREE (v6) it is the upgrade DVD to restore the software in case it is corrupted.
But I agree with his point in buying a 2610 instead, than you can load the software on your PC which I can not do with this "upgrade" v6 DVD.
That point means a lot, so I would recommend the 2610 not the 2620. Garmin needs to brighten up on this, this point makes the 2620 "SUCK", can not put it in kinder words than that.
Next GPS will be a Magellan only because Garmin is trying to screw the 2620 owners!
BTW on this review site there is no place for Canadians, I had to put Maine as it is the nearest state.

To Ernie & Me Sorry, can't say that I agree with you re the 2620. It came loaded with City Navigator v-5. They sent me the CD for v-6 but it wouldn't download. Called the dealer back and was advised the 2620 required the DVD. They sent
to me no charge. Downloaded and works fine. Now I agree that they could use the Canadian Provinces for the submit, I had to use NY
