Obtained a SP2610 from a friend for use on my motorcycle but
needed a power and audio cable. This one works perfectly for
both!

My review deals with my entire dealing. Friendly, helpful,
ready to assist. The cable fits just like it is supposed
to, even though this particular Garmin hasn't been sold
retail for about 12 years.
The entire dealing and project were excellent

I was looking for a way to hear "the voice" on my Garmin
2620 while riding my motorcycle. I found this cable on this
site and after asking GPS Cities techies if this would
solve my problem I urchased it. What I did was,I got a set
of headphones that I could dismember and fitted the
speakers into my motorcycle helmet. Then I added an adaptor
plug, from 3.5 to a 2.5 male audio pin. Now I can hear the
gps inside my helmet. This setup requires you to be plugged
in,since its not bluetooth, but when touring and riding
long distances, the cord is of no consequence. I suppose
you could even hook this cable up to an amplified external
speaker as well, but I prefer the helmet speakers.

Needed to have a voice in my helmet as sometimes you just
can't see the screen of the Garmin 2720 in sunlight etc. so
I purchased a mono headset and can plug that into this cable
so I now get voice prompts in my helmet.
