| I am proud to be one of the first purchasers of the phenomonal device! The Display is good, the audiable navigation is better than anticipated, the on screen displays are refreshing, even when not routing, the optional setups are endless...WOW
I signed up for the XM Radio and Traffic - the XM Radio is great, my wife likes it and will be using it on her trip to Missouri this weekend. I have not yet had experience with the xm traffic, but it looks promising. The limited weather that comes with t e XM plan is very good as well, we can see the weather and forcast in the cities we may be traveling to as well as our local forcast.
GREAT JOB GARMIIN!

| This is a fantastic unit. I waited on pre-order 3 months and was not disappointed. All the features worked superbly. I travel extensively and this gets the job done driving unknown cities. I'm having it mounted on my Harley Ultra this month the road trips and XM entertainment. No flaws except the screen is difficult to see on the dash of my RAM 1500 PU depending on the light. The remote is very convenient and enables moving between map/route turns/XM Radion screens. This is solid product. | |

| The best tool I ever purchased and very easy to use. This is by far the best GPS unit I ever owned. | |

| Great GPS. I like it a lot and it does a great job with getting me where i need to go. I like the custom avoids that you can add. To avoid certain roads and what not.
Only complaint I have is the power and XM antenna connectors. You have to disconnect the XM antenna every time you want to disconnect the power. Which adds extra wear to that connector when I move it from my Jeep to my motorcycle. I really wish there was a way to provide a quick release mounting kit solution.
Now i wonder if its possible to make a home made quick release for the cabling? | |
