John H, September 5, 2012 This TomTom device is a joke. It kills my computer every
time you try to hook it up. The satellite sync feature
worked for two whole months. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP
PRODUCT - GO WITH GARMIN OR MAGELLAN OR SOMETHING ELSE!
LEARN FROM THOSE OF US SUCKERS WHO BOUGHT TOMTOM.
acfdsteve, June 19, 2011 Have tried every glare deducer made and nothing works for
the TomTom Rider. As said it works great at night, but
totally useless durning sun light. To bad TomTom doesnt
take thier products back.
Papa Smurf, December 2, 2009 If you have never used a GPS you will like this one. If
you have then don't waist your time on the Tom Tom Rider.
It couldn't couldn't find anything that I needed and I mean
things like the Buffalo Chip. It says things like. Turn
right on street. What street. Anyone who has used a
Garmin will get a laugh out of that one. This GPS might be
worth a $100 but you will want to have a map and a phone
book with you just incase. Stick with a Zumo. They don't
even compare. Best thing I can say i, sounds like they are
off the market.
Venture Rider, November 25, 2009 Screen is totally invisible during the daylight hours
Works in the Car OK as long as it is screened so light will
hot hit the front.
Wearless headset is junk. If you already have a Headset
installed it is hard to install a second one for bluetooth.
Can't hear the commands via bluetooth headset even with
volume tuned up ..
Total waste of money for the Rider.
Other TOMTOM auto units work 1000% better, just wish they
Find a GARMIN 2610 Referb unit. It will be better than this
