Garmin GPS on my ATV (using a RAM mount) they work great,
using the cigarette lighter adapter power instead of your
batteries. The only reason I've had to replace in the past
is because I broke the small end that goes in to the GPS
and I've left it outside too much and that end got rusty.
I've used this in my truck in the past as well, no
complaints marei, June 6, 2011 I didn't realize that I would need to use regular AA
batteries in my Etrex so this item is useless to me. If I
had a rechargeable battery I'm sure I would be thrilled. Bird, October 20, 2010 This adapter really saves on batteries with my Arsto when
