Received my Zumo just three days after I placed the order (including the weekend). Great service from GPS City. Got it installed on my Goldwing in short order and it works great. The motorcycle mount is great, as all connections are through the mount. There are NO wires to the unit itself. You can remove the unit from the mount without fooling around with any wires. And I love the way it realized whether it's in a car or on the bike. And you can set up different preferences for each use.
I especially like the MP3 player and the ability to listen to music and have the GPS interrupt with navigation instructions. No problems transferring routes from the computer (using Base Camp) to the unit.
I had an older Street Pilot 2610, which I really liked, but the operation of the Zumo is actually easier. I always had trouble resetting the trip computer, which I use a lot, on the 2610. My only complaint would be that I'd like to have more control over what level of roads is shown at different zoom levels. There's only limited selections for this.
Overall, it's a great unit, and I don't have to worry about if it rains that it will be damaged. Don't have to put a zip lock bag around it like some of my riding buddies have to with their non-waterproof units. And the people at GPS City are great to work with. Good experience overall

Can't say enough about this GPS. I've only used it for about 2000km of travel and it's great. I used it in my truck to trailer my motorcycle south for 4 days of riding. The "photos" with incredible detail of your exits and lane assist while driving down the I75 were awesome and completely fool proof. Once I switched it to the motorcycle, it automatically switched preferences. The bluetooth was great to listen to music that I had downloaded, and it would be interrupted seamless for the directions to be spoken, then back to the music. I love how you can choose quickest route in a car mode and it takes you down the main highways, but when you do the same in the motorcycle mode, it takes you on back roads. I only have 2 minor issues. One is the sound quality listening to the MP3's I loaded to the micro SD card. The sound seems to deteriorate when it's pushed through the bluetooth. The 2nd is the screen is hard to see in bright sunlight. Some sort of visor cap should be included in the kit. Tourtech sells one, but I think Garmin should include one with their product. Other then that, this system is perfect. It boots up VERY fast when turned on, it's waterproof and you can just feel the quality in the weight and overall solid feeling of this GPS. EVERYTHING is included with the unit, the hard wire kit, the RAM mounts to mount it to your motorcycle, dust caps for the hard wire kit when the GPS is not mounted, etc. When you look at everything you get with the GPS and it's overall quality, its a good value. I bought various mounts from RAM along with a waterproof case to use with my car GPS to mount to my bike and I would have been better off just buying the ZUMO originally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product. Also dealing with GPS city was a treat in customer service! Great feedback and I actually spoke to a real person when I made an error with my credit card number. They shipped quickly and I received my GPS the next day. Great customer service.

Great unit! connects to my cell phone and helmet head set for a full hands free link. Garmin Base Camp a little confusing but great way to plan a road trip. I installed the unit to my bike with a center mount, cost extra but looks great on a small sport bike.
