Kylie, March 4, 2013 Easy to install as the suction with locket is very strong once locked. Orientable in all directions due to the ram system. If you want Audio you need to have a power supply and the drawback is the power supply connector on the mount is fragile, don't press too hard and handle with care while plugging or unplugging the power cord. moisten the suction cup before afixxing it to the
windshield. If this is not done, there is a risk of the GPS
falling and being damaged.
